Crivitz Veterinary Clinic
Dr. Morrison grew up on a farm in Iowa where his parents raised cattle and hogs. Working on the farm and riding a horse named Clyde struck his interest in veterinary medicine. Dr. Morrison attended Iowa State University and graduated with his doctorate from the Iowa State school of Veterinary Medicine in 1980.
After graduating Doug moved to Wisconsin and worked out of Oconto. After three years, he moved to Mishicot and worked there from 1983-1986. Doug met his wife, Sue, and moved up to Crivitz where he started the Crivitz Veterinary Clinic. Needing more space, he built the clinic we still use today.
Dr. Morrison works on large and small animals ensuring the best possible care. With his professional and compassionate persona, Dr. Morrison works hard to develop the most accurate diagnosis and establish an appropriate treatment plan. He enjoys keeping up to date on the latest medical practices and techniques by attending local, regional, and national veterinary conferences.
In his free time, Dr. Morrison loves spending time with his wife, Sue, his three daughters, grandchildren, and the families two dogs. He enjoys hunting, fishing, cross country skiing and in the summer you can catch him on the lake waterskiing.
